What's the difference between Quick and AI-Powered analysis?
Quick Analysis is free and unlimited. It uses rule-based checks for structure, formatting, action verbs, ATS compatibility, and evidence. AI-Powered Analysis costs 3 credits and adds contextual writing assessment, role alignment, and evidence-aware recommendations.
How many credits does a mock interview use?
A text interview uses 5 credits. Voice interviews use 8 base credits for Quick (3 main questions), 10 for Standard (5), or 13 for Full (8). Base totals include question preparation, planned transcriptions, and final coaching. Each adaptive voice follow-up uses 1 additional credit only when it occurs, and the planned base cost is shown before you start.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can continue using the free rule-based CV checks and purchase another bundle whenever you want to use a paid AI feature. ReworkCV shows the planned base interview cost before you start. Adaptive voice follow-ups can use additional credits, so keeping a small balance available helps avoid interruption.
Is my interview audio stored?
Raw answer audio is processed for transcription but is not saved in interview history. The resulting transcript, scores, and coaching report may be stored against your account for up to 30 days so you can review or compare sessions. You can delete an interview and its stored transcript from Interview Progress.
Is my data secure?
CV files are parsed in your browser, and ReworkCV does not store raw CV files on its servers. Your browser may keep a limited encrypted cache and local analysis history. When you use AI features, relevant CV text, job descriptions, or interview transcripts are processed by ReworkCV's server and its contracted AI and speech-processing provider. A secure payment provider handles payment-card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Credit bundles are one-time purchases. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final and ReworkCV does not offer discretionary or change-of-mind refunds for purchased or unused credits. Credits do not expire, so unused credits remain available for later use. Duplicate payments, missing credits, faulty paid features, and services not supplied correctly will be investigated and remedied where required. Contact support with the purchase email and payment reference; statutory rights are not affected.
