1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the site, signing in, uploading a CV, using analysis features, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and account access

• The current application uses Google sign-in as its authentication method.
• You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account you use to access the service.
• You must provide accurate information when you use the service or start checkout.

3. Your content and permissions

• You retain ownership of the CVs, job descriptions, and other materials you submit.
• You represent that you have the right to upload, process, and analyze the documents and text you submit through the service.
• You must not upload unlawful content, malicious files, infringing materials, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorized to share.
• You should avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed through the systems described in the Privacy Policy.

4. How the service works

• PDF and DOCX files are read in your browser.
• The app saves some information on your device so your session, results, and progress can remain available when pages refresh.
• When you use AI-powered analysis, relevant CV content and any job-description content you provide may be sent to our servers and OpenAI for processing.
• Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe Checkout.

5. AI outputs and no employment guarantee

• The service provides software-generated analysis and drafting assistance, not legal advice, hiring advice, or guaranteed employment outcomes.
• AI-generated feedback can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in a job application.

6. Beta features and service changes

Some features may be experimental, incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed without prior notice. We may also change the service, supporting providers, feature limits, and product behavior over time.

7. Paid plans, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are subscription products unless a different billing structure is shown at checkout.
• Stripe handles payment collection, payment-method management, and billing receipts.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Credits do not expire, so you can use them at any time without losing what you have paid for.
• If you have a billing issue, contact support@reworkcv.com and include enough information for us to locate the Stripe transaction.

8. Acceptable use

• You must not misuse the service, interfere with it, test or attack it without permission, or use it to process content in violation of law.
• You must not try to get around feature limits, subscription limits, or access controls.
• You must not upload content designed to disrupt the service or other users.

9. Intellectual property

• We retain rights in the service, its design, code, brand, and product content other than user-submitted materials.
• These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service in a way that could expose us, our vendors, or other users to harm.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect document parsing, or any particular hiring result.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
